PRIVACY POLICY

KillDesignz, LLC.  Is committed to protecting your privacy. All necessary Information obtained from you the customer will be used solely for the services selected.  This information will be required to complete certain services and products.

Information that will be Obtained: First Name, Last Name, Business Name, Business Address, E-mail Address, Phone Number; Upon client's discretion we will ask the client to provide photos, videos, or other media design created by the client to aid with the product or services selected.  Information obtained will be needed to process, complete and to notify you of completion. We do not share your information with any third parties, information obtained will be solely for the use of KillDesignz, LLC. and you the client.  After Completion of project and selected Concept all rights of artwork and design created by KillDesignz, LLC belongs to the client.

REFUND POLICY

Our -Satisfaction Guarantees you'll be 100% Satisfied with your project or your money will be refunded to you.  There is an Administration fee of 15% that will be deducted from your original total.  This policy is voided if the user accepts one of the following actions:

1. You approved one of the design concepts presented

2. After x amount of revisions has been used up in according to package details

3.  If you fail to communicate with KillDesignz within 1 month after payment of selected services.

 

Legal Rights Agreement

The client holds all rights to the Graphic Design Element created by KillDesignz, LLC after final approval of design.   After creation of final design the client has full rights and is free to use such element for trademarking or other branding services.  KillDesignz LLC does not offer branding or trademarking services.

Unwanted/unused/Unselected concepts presented to the client may or may not be used as templates for sale.  The client must agree to all terms before making a final purchase.

KillDesignz, LLC and its designs created are not forged or copied - we warrant that all designs are genuine and of its own creation from our group of designers.

In the event a design that is created from KillDesignz, LLC looks identical to another companies logo, KillDesignz will offer another design free of charge and a 15% of discount on future services.

Web Hosting

KillDesignz, LLC does not provide Web Hosting. Upon completion of your web design concept you will receive instructions on how to set up an account with the HTML5 platform used to create your website.  If user does not want to create an account KillDesignz, LLC will create one for you with a signed waiver to use your email to set up the account on a third-party site.

For any images or content provided by the client to be used in the design process -

KillDesignz, LLC will not be held liable for any violations or damages as, KillDesignz, LLC cannot verify that the obtained information is genuine and solely created by the client.  Therefore, KillDesignz, LLC removes its obligation from any lawful securities such as copyright violation or warranties.  The client is required to fill out and sign a waiver form for any images created by the client to be used in the design concepts.

 

For Outcome of printing quality and colors:

Printers, paper, and inks all have different textures and operation.  KillDesignz, LLC offers Design files to be in .psd and .Ai files these files the client will be able to change color modes in accordance to the printers they are printing from.  KillDesignz, LLC therefore takes no responsibility in the outcome of printing quality and colors.

Estimated Time of Completion -

TImelines for each project will differ based on complexity of work.  Clients can expect the estimated following completion times for said element concepts.

for web design concepts expect 1-7 business days for completion

for logo design concepts expect 1 - 7 business days for completion unless otherwise stated via gold express service package in case design will be done in three days.

Possible loss of data

KillDesignz, LLC takes security very seriously we strive through beefy encryptions to safeguard all data obtained.  In the event data loss will ever happen, KillDesignz, LLC will not be held responsible for such loss of data.  It is up to the the client's responsibility after satisfaction of order to safeguard the files purcharched.

 

Change of Services and Prices

KillDesignz, LLC may make any changes to the website (www.KillDesignz.com) , Pricing, Details, promotions without notice.  Changes made to the company policy or terms of condition will be revised on top of the existing terms and conditions.  Clients will be notified of such change of terms through email
